We collect your name, email, phone number, car preference, and payment transaction reference. We do not store card details. We also collect device and browser data for analytics purposes.
We use your information to match buyers with authorised dealers, process commitment fees, conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and improve the platform.
No dealer receives your contact information before you explicitly select them. We do not sell your data. We may share aggregated, non-identifying analytics with partners.
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We are an Indian company subject to Indian data protection law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to admin@carbounty.com.
We use minimal cookies for session management only. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
We will notify registered users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy.

By using carbounty.com you agree to these Terms.
CarBounty is a technology platform that facilitates introductions between car buyers and authorised dealers. CarBounty is not a dealer, manufacturer, or intermediary in the car sale.
Buyers must provide accurate information, demonstrate genuine intent to purchase, and comply with the commitment fee terms.
Dealers must maintain authorised status, provide accurate offers, and comply with CarBounty's Wallet terms.
The ₹1,999 commitment fee is governed by the Refund Policy below. It is not a booking amount for a car.
CarBounty does not guarantee that a private offer will be made or accepted within any Closed Virtual Offer Room. The terms of any car sale are between the buyer and the selected dealer.
CarBounty's PDI is an assisted visual inspection. It does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of vehicle condition.
CarBounty's liability is limited to the fees paid to CarBounty, not to the value of any car transaction.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from eligibility confirmation. All refunds are made to the original payment source.
