Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM)

NCR — Gurugram-based

The DRM is the frontline of CarBounty's dealer network. You explain what CarBounty is, onboard authorised dealers, and maintain ongoing relationships. This is an outside sales role — you will be in dealerships every day.

Responsibilities

  • ✓Identify and visit authorised dealerships in NCR
  • ✓Explain the CarBounty offer room model
  • ✓Verify dealer authorisation documents
  • ✓Onboard verified dealers onto the platform
  • ✓Maintain ongoing dealer communication and support

What we look for

  • ✓2+ years in automotive or B2B sales
  • ✓Strong communication in Hindi and English
  • ✓High commitment to the company's mission
  • ✓Based in or able to relocate to Gurugram

Dealer Market Associate (DMA)

NCR — Gurugram / Delhi

The DMA supports the founding team in dealer meetings, explains CarBounty's model to prospective dealers, and assists in onboarding. A training-ground role for someone who wants to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • ✓Support DRM in dealer meetings
  • ✓Accompany founder/DRM in initial dealer pitches
  • ✓Explain the platform basics to dealers
  • ✓Handle initial paperwork and documentation for onboarding
  • ✓Report daily activity to the team

What we look for

  • ✓Fresh or 1-year experience in any sales or field role
  • ✓Energetic and willing to learn
  • ✓Based in NCR

PDI Field Inspector

NCR — travel to dealerships

The PDI Field Inspector visits authorised dealerships on behalf of CarBounty buyers before delivery. You run a structured pre-delivery inspection and submit a written report within the platform.

Responsibilities

  • ✓Receive PDI assignments for confirmed sales
  • ✓Visit designated dealerships at the scheduled time
  • ✓Run the structured CarBounty PDI checklist
  • ✓Submit written inspection report via the CarBounty tool
  • ✓Escalate issues to the operations team

What we look for

  • ✓Basic knowledge of cars — exterior, interior, engine bay
  • ✓Experience in automotive service, insurance survey, or similar preferred
  • ✓Strong attention to detail
  • ✓Based in or able to travel within NCR
