The Wallet is a prepaid balance the dealer controls. Money moves on exactly three events — and only three.

Room entry fee

Charged when a dealer accepts an invitation into a Closed Virtual Offer Room for a verified buyer.

Verified buyer fee

Charged only to the dealer the buyer explicitly selected, at the moment of contact reveal.

Success fee

Charged only on a GST-verified closed sale. Matched against the dealer's own GST e-invoice. Never charged if the sale doesn't close.

Sale doesn't close → success fee

Not triggered. The wallet is not touched. Full stop.
